This book is amazing. It's in pretty great conditon other than the slight cover binding issues that you can see in the pictures. It has such a variety of different ways of book making. There are cellophane pages, cut outs, inserts, flaps, it's great. Here is a description from another site:
First published in Italy in 1956, Bruno Munari's In the Darkness of the Night tells the tale of an interconnected, intimate yet expansive journey across three settings—in the darkness, through a meadow, and into a mysterious cave—through a spellbinding combination of paper stocks, transparencies, cutouts, and simple but lively characters. This timeless artist's book is a must-have for Munari fans, designers, bibliophiles, and lovers of exceptional book design.
It's the 3rd edition, printed in 1956, which is the original year. This is in French, not Italian, not English.
