We received the item on time and it was exactly as it appeared in pictures and was of good quality. The only problem was that the personalized portion had an error in spelling. I contacted Shopoffthehighway and they were quick to respond and find out how the error occurred - the error was made by the third party printer. Originally, I had the item shipped to a US mailbox as I had several packages to pick up. With the new border restrictions taking effect Dec. 22 I requested Shopoffthehighway send the corrected item to my Canadian address. There were no questions asked - the corrected item was printed within days and shipped to my home in Canada! I would not hesitate to recommend this vendor to anyone using etsy - I now understand the reasons for their excellent review history!
